CHANDLER CHAMBER OSTRICH FESTIVAL ANNOUNCES NEW DATES

Ostrich Festival set to take place two weekends in March 2022

Chandler, Ariz. (May 13, 2021) – The Chandler Chamber of Commerce announced today that the Chandler Chamber Ostrich Festival will take place two consecutive weekends, March 11-13 and March 17-20, and will include a special St. Patrick’s Day themed celebration on Thursday, March 17, 2022, at Tumbleweed Park in Chandler.

Organized by the Chandler Chamber of Commerce and Steve LeVine Entertainment & Public Relations (SLE), the event is known as one of the premier festivals in the southwest and a long-standing community tradition. The Ostrich Festival is a family-friendly festival featuring national and local entertainment, thrilling stage shows, over 50 exhilarating midway rides and games, classic festival food, and interactive activities for all ages. The festival also features meet and greets with your favorite characters, ostrich-themed educational activities, exciting attractions, upscale arts and crafts and much more.

In addition, there are performances by several local community groups throughout the weekend followed by a nationally renowned headliner each night. Past headliners include: The Beach Boys, Andy Grammer, Flo Rida, The Commodores, Eddie Money, Kool & The Gang, Spin Doctors, John Michael Montgomery and many more.

We are thrilled to bring two weekends of Ostrich Festival family fun to our community so guests will have the opportunity for double the fun. We have been working diligently with the City of Chandler and SLE to plan the safest event possible for what is expected to be the best Ostrich Festival ever. We are grateful for everyone’s patience while we worked to get this done,” said Terri Kimble, President/CEO of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce.

The Ostrich Festival serves to bring the community together, providing local businesses and residents with incredible music, entertainment, rides, attractions, and the chance to make wonderful memories.

This is the first time in the festival’s 32-year existence that it will take place on more than one weekend.

The 2020 and 2021 festivals were postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

All 2020 and 2021 tickets will be honored on the new March 2022 dates.
